I need suggestions or tips on the suspension for my CRF450R. I weigh about 255, and was wondering what I could do to make my suspension better. I bought the bike from a small guy and have never atlered the suspension, so I imagine I could be improved. I was also looking for recommendations changing sprokets. Besides loosing weight, does any one have any suggestions?
