See a mechanic, or YouTube. A poor man´s fix: Siphon or empty tank. It is possible rust may not be a problem. Personally, I would put a fuel-filter to the fuel-line going to the engine. Clean the carburetor if needed. Replace the fuel-filter after a few fill ups and riding. NOTE: the fuel-filter will stop any residue and give you pure clean fuel in your engine regardless of mild tank rust. Add Marvel Mystery Oil to gas and oil tank. JB
