Hi i want to buy a Vuka 200 Tm, but the bike wont start, it only has 1700Km and they tell me that it may be the state Assembly(something like it) . There is no spark on the plus. I am a bit dissapointed with the bike as it very little kilos and already giving hassels.thanks
