Im 16 & i hav a rs50 it is a 1997 model & does 60mph + Yes the restrictions 4 a 16 yr old is 35mph but most police-men dont know the diffrence between a 1000cc & a 50cc my rs50 is fully tuned & has not been rebored to a bigger cc so it is LEGAL!
