yes it is but it is not the best 50cc out there. check out the yamaha tzr50. i think it looks just as good or better than teh rs and it wins easily on performance. my tzr did 35mph restricted but de restricted does 75mph easily. with a race exhaust it will do 90mph+ with the right gearing. and it out handels an rs50.
