How do I derestrict the Aprilia RS50?

Also will the bike take the following parts if not derestricted:

DR Racing Performance Crank Bearing/Seal Kit for the RS50,

KRD Racing Reed Cage with Carbon Reeds for Aprilia RS50 and AM6 engines,
KRD Racing Full Exhaust System for Aprilia RS50,
