I have a little over 2000 miles on mine now (2005 model). I don´t think you can go wrong with this bike. You may, after a time, want a bigger one but as one other contributor so eloquently wrote something like: plenty of power and economy for a throw away price. I think sometimes that I might like one of the new 900´s BUT the initial cost difference is significant and the fuel ecdonomy as well(to me anyway). The more I consider a biggere machine and really weigh all the factors the more I am happy to have the 500. |
