There is a sticker on the right side down tube near the rear brake resevoir and foot pedal that from the factory and it stipulates the recommended tire pressures for your bike. Also, if you use another brand of tires that did come with the motorcycle, you can use the tire manufacturer recommendation stamped on the tire itself. When in doubt, go with the Kawasaki sticker as they have engineered all the factors for you.
