I vote for the Nomad. The both seats are extreamly comfortable and starting on the 2005 model, there is that really nice set of side handles for the girlfriend. The 2nd major reason to vote for the Nomad is the liquid cooling system. This makes an amazing difference for the engines even temperature in both cylenders and on fuel consumption. My buddy found he was getting better consumption when riding in the summer rain storms with his Yamaha, while mine was always great and the same with my bike. He got a Nomad last year. I am getting 40 MPG easy and I am an aggressive rider, always pushing the bike to performance like I ride my sport bike. Happy New Year with a Nomad. mike |
