I have a 2005 Softail Springer Classic as well. I didn´t like the dual exhausts either, so I installed a RoadHouse Brand 2-1 exhaust, which I really like. It looks just right on a Springer Classic. They come with a choice of tips and 3 different muffler "packs" (loud, regular, and quiet). I bought the regular pack, but it was too loud, so I put in the quiet pack and am very happy with the results. It has a nice "bark", but isn´t as loud as most Harleys. I also put on other 40´s touches, such as the nostalgic footboards and handgrips, triple headlights and horn kit, and two-tone paint on the fenders with vintage stainless steel trim (my bike is blue/silver). If you´d like to see a picture, send me an e-mail.
