ELECTRICAL Short in the handlebar wiring/re-wired - HELP

I had a short in the wiring, suddenly had no speedometer, no left fog light, horn and the TRANSPORT MODE security system icon on gauge wouldn´t dis-engauge.(it was driven one time w/ icon on, started 3 times then nothing). It started blowing accessories fuse everytime I tried to start the bike and or to stop security transport mode. I re-wired the handlebars and I´m now putting things back together. How do I stop transport mode?
