A 400 SV has a pretty good mid range, maybe top end not super brilliant but you can sure get around well on this & my pretty regular 89 mile trip suits me ok up M6 & M5 motorways & great around my local countrysides greener lanes, gets me from village to village & through traffic to Town nicely, beating many a GPZ 500/VFR400 riders around locally (3 of these riders i know personally from my Local watering hole hate my g-lane scratchin´),i hear that their top speeds are higher than mine though (they keep tellin´ me that anyway),mr vfr might be nearly as smooth as a 400SV but not the peakier (But also good) GPZ - sorry Millsy! What do you other SV 400 riders say about its handling & performance on real everyday roads ?
