First Bike For Beginners?

Hi guys/gals I´m a first timer and been looking for my first bike. I´ve always had interest in the Kawasaki Ninja 250R but since I saw the Megelli 250R I had a change of thought. I love the look of it. It looks bigger than a 250 but yet a nice bike. Was just hoping if I could get some expert advice?
