Craig, you can download a manual from the official aprilia website www.aprilia.com, choose ´booklets´, then choose ´RS 250´, choose your language and download, it´s free...

If you´re looking for a workshop manual, I can´t help you, I´m still looking for it myself, maybe you have a tip?
