the rs250 is 70bhp so no you cant have one when your 17 unless you fit a restricter kit to it. an rs 125 is 33bhp so you can have one when your 17 but i would rather have a cagiva mito 125 because it is much quicker and out handles a rs125 even if it does not look as good the best looking 125 is a sachs xtc125 but it only does 75mph but i am finding out how quick they are when de-restricted.
