Yea, I had battery problems when I bought my bike. The first battery was garbage. I went to pick my bike up after they got it assembled and when I started to pull out, I stalled it. Wouldn´t start. Battery wouldn´t even turn it over. They told me the battery just needed charged, so I had to go pick it up the following day. I got it home and had battery problems anytime it was under 50 degrees. I fought with them for two monthw and they finally decided the battery was faulty and gave me a new one. I haven´t had any trouble since. (other than trying to keep the screws tight in the battery posts)
