I contacted Vance & Hines about pipes for my 2005 S83 (1400) They told me that the ones for the 87-04 Intruders will not fit correctly on the S83. They want to provide them, but need some help from us. Here is a message to me from Wendy at Vance & Hines.......

When we borrow a customers bike they always get a free set of pipes. And we also tune their bike for them. We do a photo shoot & will put their bike in next years catalog too.
