Hello All,

We have only had the bike for a few months and could really use some help if anyone can lend an oppionion, personal experiance, HELP, etc... thanks

We have a 2006 Suzuki boulevard VL 1500 (90c) and it has a strange electrical issue. The bike is showing the following symptoms;

-the bike charges 13.8v at idle
-when the engine is revved the volt’s drop off
-the ohms on the voltage regulator seem ok
-all the lights flicker, and when the bike is revved the dim (this includes speedometer/display)
-the flickering seems to sync with rpm´s
-the battery is 4 years old and the local bike shop says it’s still 70% efficient
-the problem seems to gradually get worse until eventually we have trouble starting and soon after it doesn’t start at all
-last time it wouldn’t start the battery was given a good overnight trickle charge and the issue seemed to go away for a week or so

Any Ideas?
