Can someone tell me how to fix this problems and/or give advice to get more performance.. please

At 7000-8000rpm my bike has a dead spot... (Looses a bit power then gains power again from 8000rpm thas where my powerband kicks in..) and its dead from 10000-11000rmp..

My bike feels very lazy.. Im almost certain it can drive much better and faster...

Ps. its the original 1998 Aprilia rs125 replica (with the black spray job) (oh and its got a 32mm Del´orto carburator in.. if that info will help any..)

Please any tips etc.. wil greatly be apreciated.
