hey guys who own the aprillia rs 125. i want to buy 1 cos im sick of crusin at 60mph on my yamaha aerox 50cc. the bike look gr8 so i need to buy it :)

I NEED TO KNOW, i heard that the bike is like 33bhp, dont u need to do ur full bike test to ride a bike over 30bhp. BASICALLY do u need to do ur full test to ride the bike or can u ride it under the CBT??? ty guys
