HELLO
YOU HAVE TO CUT THE METAL RING AROUND THE TACK OR SPEEDO THEN TO REISTALL USE TWO HOSE CLAMPS TO HOLD THE TWO PEICES TOGETHER .iT WONT LOOK PRETTY BUT WILL WORK
