hi...........You should remember enfield is a machine and not a byke so you must release the ´DE-COMPRESSED LEVER´ in tune with the kick during starting. If this both does not synchornize, you will get badly hurt or sometime even fracture. Try and syncornize both the de-compressed lever let go and kick start at the same time. Alternatively u may instal the Electric self started which may cost around 5 to 7K which may ease and avoid your problems for un-ending enjoyment of bullet.........hope this will solve you confusion. Have a nice bullet year...
