Pegaso 650 EI was laid up, then needed new battery, and datatool syrtem became unstable. De-spiked but after a short while the starter became more dificult until it now does not mesh-in. Initial presses on starter button have no response but persistent attempts seem to waken the sequence but still no mesh-in.
