Don´t know to much about maintance..

Don´t know to much about maintance..

I just changed my oil, brake fluid, got a new spark plug..
I was jus wondering if I had to check any thing else or change anything.
It´s running pretty good..
Jus wanted to know if there´s anything I should know or do to keep it running good!?
