How do you install a WR-250F cam chain guide on the exhaust side. While I was busy Installing Hot cams ,I turned the engine to see if every thing is clearing.I made the UGE mistake of forgetting to tension the chain tensioner.I heard how the chain was slipping in the bottom gear, I had to reset the timming and then it sounded fine. When I started the engine all was fine ,but you could hear a sound of something scratching.I reopened the engine and saw that the tensioner was intact where the head and barrel meet, but the bottom end was free and rubbing against the chain.I only have the 2003 workshop manual and it does not show a close view of how it fits at the bottom.I think that I shall have to take the head of to be able to see what is going on at the bottom and to reposition the guide.Any suggestions or remarks will be appreciated.Does any body have a downloadable 2004 workshop manual or know where to find it.
