I was considering between cruiser motorcycles and maxi-scooters. Before visiting a Yamaha dealer to inspect the YP400, I´d been looking up details of the Moto Guzzi Nevada 750: http://motorcyclecruiser.com/nev-studsilv-r-xl.jpg http://motorcyclecruiser.com/guzzi7501st/ The local dealer (walking distance) choose not to have an example on his showroom rloor. After owning 12 prior two-wheelers I´m NOT about to order a machine without the option of inspecting it first. Details that helped me to settle on the YP400 included the weather protection, and the generous interior storage space. I hadn´t ridden a clutchless since my initial Honda C65 in 1967 - the Suzuki U70 courier machine in 1968 - and a brief spin on a Moto Guzzi V-1000 Automatic some 25 years ago! |
