) ) i´m thinking of putting it up on the center stand a taping the throttle for a day to help get thru the 1000 mile deal. . . . Wouldn,t reccomend running the motor TOO long with a machine such as this stationary! A two-wheeler engine´s cooling works better at road speed. At least you can monitor the speed during run-in . . . In 1969 I resorted to riding an Aeromachi 65 into the night to get through its restricted initial run-in speed limitation as soon as possible! That Aeromachi (Harley-Davidson branded) had no instrument lighting, and no high-beam! I´m getting TOO blazay on the Majesty 400 - - - on Friday I scraped the edge of the centrestand on a tight righthander, on the ride homeward! I´m nearly halfway through my second tank of fuel. 400km will roll-over on the odometer early THIS week. |
