from what i hear yes mine sounds like someone is hitting the bottom of the engine with a hammer when starting, think the 4 bolts on the starter motor bend and the end of the starter crank jumps the teeth in the ring gear, im hear looking for a solution to it and also i cant find a bad earth thats causing the electrics to jump, lights bright, lights dim, lights bright... any common points known for bad earths ?
