| Be sure to have needle nose pliers a good electric powered staple gun, belt sander,6 washers reupholstery materials you can get at walmart for real cheap. Take seat off with a 10mm socket. pull out all of the staples with NN pliers underneath the seat. take vinyl covering off. Sand down the back portion of the middle (saddle)of the seat, you will have to use your best judgement as to how low you want to go with it. Lift op the front end of the neoprene seat and add upholstery material. you may need to cut it to fit. This will give your zuma seat added comfort by pushing your body back into the seat. Replace vinyl cover add staples with gun and you are done. Takes about 3 hours. I am 5ยด8 1/2 and this made a big difference. |
