I´m new here and bought a 2003 Zuma with very low miles. My impressions: easy to ride/get around on; good storage for helmet; I like the meaty tires; Fun to buzz around on.
The not so good: getting to 35mph is not a problem, but up to 40+ takes a little time, especially on a slight up grade - then even in a 35 zone, bad drivers are on your tail. (On a slight downhill I can go 45 no prob.) At 40 mph, don´t expect as smooth a ride as a motorcycle. Small wheels, short wheelbase, 200 lbs. I guess if you need more than 40mph, probably move up to a bigger scoot.
