Is your Vino 50cc very slow on small slopes like mine?

Is your Vino 50cc very slow on small slopes like mine?

My Vino does nicely enough for me on level surfaces like up to 35 mph but on the smallest inclines of roads it slows dramatically to 15 - 20 mph. Anyone else have to deal with this with their Vino? Mine is 2005 with about 3000 miles. Art
