Muffler mounting flange bolt & parts???

Muffler mounting flange bolt & parts???

The main (longer, at top) flange bolt that mounts the muffler bracket to the engine case sheared off & disappeared yesterday.

I´m wondering if there are supposed to be any metal or rubber washers in this flange bolt mounting sequence?? I don´t have another Vino handy to look at...

Right now, I know there are 4 parts:
1) Flange bolt (approx. 4-5\
