I just recently purchased my vino 125, and yes,I would stay away from the 50cc. The extra $600-$700 for the 125 is worth for the peace of mind. You definitely want that extra punch for tight situations. I am fortunate enough to live only 1 mile from my Yamaha dealer and I have had no problems getting the parts and accessories that I needed. Its a dream to ride to my office which is a 25 mile round trip, twice a week.
