Hi All. I am new to this forum. I live in Pretoria South Africa. I ride a 1995 CR125. my eldest has a 2003 RM125. and the youngest rides a PW50. I am having a bit of a problem with the PW50. It would not run without the chock and would not idle. I stripped the carb, cleaned out all the jets, now it revs out better than ever and idles OK, but if you gradually open the throttle, it dies. There is no mid range. (the air filter is off) To get the bike to rev up I need to chock the carb inlet a bit. I also think there is something missing from the float needle. When stripping the carb I noticed that the float needle should possibly have something connected to the little spring shaft? Any suggestions ?
