Help With Squeak and Noise in engine

Help With Squeak and Noise in engine

Need help with a squeaking sound and noise in engine when hot and loses power and dies. When cooled down it starts right back up and will do it again maybe 1 mile or maybe 40 miles. Seems to be in front cylinder only. Can someone help me with this problem, can get it?
