I have noticed some noise with the brakes as well but I think it is probably normal or nothing to worrry about. i would check with your mechanic and have them look at it. As long as the pads and discs are not wearing excessively you are probably ok. I, too, think the Silverado 1100 is a great motorcycle! I´ve had it since August and enjoy the smooth ride and the great engineering!
