05 Silverado carb issue

05 Silverado carb issue

Bought bike from a friend who moved here. He had rough running issues since coming here, was told it was due to elevation change. Does this bike require constant adjustments? If I go to the Black Hills or the Rockies am I going to run into performance issues that need manual adjustments?
