Stephen, changing the oil is easy. The bolt is directly under the crank shaft. It is the only one there. As for the oil filter, that is a different story. You have to remove the exhaust to get to it. I plan on having an oil filter relocation kit put on my bike. Gonna have a mechanic do that for me. It takes an hour and a half the way it is to change the oil but with the relocation kit it takes about 20 minutes. Hope this helps. Look in your owners manual, and it will show you where the bolt is to drain your oil
