I actually bought the windshield for the bike ... not real happy with the result. Lots of turbulance due to the fact that the hand and arms are still catching air. I´m having some difficulty adapting to the characteristics of the bike ... i.e. finding the best shift points, choosing the most flexible RPM range for city driving etc. The power/torque is impressive though ... gives the crotch rockets a run for their money off the line and in roll-on accel. The brakes scare the crap out of me - take a very gentle touch to stop on a dime. I´ve only ever been a HONDA (4 cylinder) rider up to this point and I feel like a rookie again. |
