GS 650 dakar rear brake - poor braking power

GS 650 dakar rear brake - poor braking power

I bough a 2004 GS Dakar in very good shape (just 10000 miles on it). During the first rides I noticed that the rear braking too poor. I compared with another identical bike and noticed a huge difference in reak braking. I already changed the brake fluid and pads w/o improvements. What can I do to get more rear braking power?
