I´ve got a Kawasaki VN 800. It´s ´cold blooded´ too, I´m told. With colder nights, I find mine takes about 3 km to run nicely, and is edgy before 1.5km. Can you get a different grade of thermostat? Eg open later so it warms up more? I´m punting here. With warm up, it would be quicker if you could cover the radiator, eg with a canvas or cardboard, to stop air getting through. good luck, Alan |
