I have a Honda Elite 80 which I inherited from an abandoned building job site . I want to sell it for as is or for a parts vehicle . It has no papers or title and has been likely sitting for several years . It has only less then 1000 miles .
Where is serial # so I can identify year of manufacture of this scooter ? HELP !
