If you´ve been on a 230 and loved it, get it. I made the mistake of getting the 150 when I should have got a 230. my height is 6´ and I think that i´d been better off on the 230. The 150f is an excellent bike however. I love it and i´ll probably keep it instead of trading it in for a 230. It´s just ergonomicly hard for me to ride. knees are a touch 2 high up, shifting is hard for me too. It´s like riding a bike that´s too small for you. it just doesn´t fit so you end up making alot of adjustments.
