G´day all, I had a general question regarding the reliability of the Triumph brand. I currently own a TT600 2002 model - got it second hand. To cut a long story short, found out that the engine had been flogged and found myself having to get a second hand engine ($2800AUS later!) - and only after 14000km on the clock. I want to trade it in and cut my losses but was thinking of trading to the 2004 Daytona 600. Now two mechanics have steered me away saying that the reliability of the Triumph is not as good as the Japanese brands. I am unsure what to do - I do not want to get burnt twice! Any advice would be helpful. Cheers Ben |
