VLX Electrical Problem

My Shadow had a dead battery, so I jumped it. I let it run for about an hour, and it seemed like the battery was holding a charge, but it was not enough to turn the bike over (I did have lights, etc). Since I didn´t have time to let it sit running, I shut it off and decided to jump it again later but leave it running for longer. By mistake, I switched the terminals, and now I have no electrical. Am I hosed, or is there a fuse or something easy to get me going again?
