As an owner of a new 2004 shadow, When I drove off lot, it was smokighn heavy, dealer said drive it it will break in, it broke in all right, 38 miles adn blown engine. tear down resulted in bad head casting No crankcase ventaltion. 5 months later I back on road. Still not performing the way it did when it smoked.
