Which Suzuki engine for this Jincheng?

We have a JC100Y (1999), nice bike with a Suzuki engine. The kickstart is failing to catch correctly to start the bike so I´m trying to find the necessary part (a little cast piece about 10mm square that is too worn). The Suzuki engine is very similar to the DS80 series, but I can´t find the exact engine or where to order parts. Can anyone please point me at something that might help?
