I cannot understand you in the best manner possible but the standard Daelim Daystar gear function with the 1st gear one down, then from 2nd till the 5th all up, and when decreasing gears, gear lever always pushed down. Free is between 1st and 2nd, pay attention the green light on the rev. counter clock, marked with an N. i am not sure if i answered you so please don´t hesitate to specify more your question and i will be more than willing to answer you (only if i know the answer).
