clearly you are not familiar with the degrees "kids with too much cash" will go to. There exist kits for many power building things. Some of which include an 80cc kit, carbon fibre reeds,bigger carb,etc. Also, it appears your knowledge of mechanics are limited. A new exhaust, when coupled with the correct jetting, can produce a higher set of rpms. The restirction, and expansion area play a part in exhaust mechanics. the gearbox isnt an issue for those who change the gearing.
do a little more work before you critisize.
