I´m currently taking a motorcycle safety course & I´m also looking to pick up a bike on my own fairly soon. The other day I saw a 2000 Harley sportster 883 for about $5800.00. I stopped and spoke to the owner & he stated that the bike has been keeped very well, he´s the original owner & the bike only has about 9,000 miles on it. Do you think this would be a good bike for a beginning rider like myself?
